If a player is not satisfied with the result of an RFJ, he may submit an appeal to the administrator. The appeal shall consist of a new ruling of TRUE or FALSE, along with new reasonings and arguments. An appeal submitted on a particular RFJ shall be voted upon during the turn immediately following its submission (if more than one appeal is submitted on the same case in one turn, only the first submitted shall be voted upon.) If two-thirds of the players voting on the appeal support it, the appeal and its reasonings and arguments shall replace the original ruling in its entirety.
During the period from the submission of an appeal to the end of the turn in which players vote on that appeal, no other appeals may be submitted on the same RFJ. After this, and regardless of the result of any previous appeal, new appeals may be submitted as per the preceding paragraph.
